あらすじ
自分が就くであろう仕事を想像しながら、私は路上を歩いていた。すると一軒の服屋が目に入り、私は自分のボロ着を脱ぎ去りたくなった。
百万ポンド紙幣しか無いので私はその店を通り過ぎたのだが、その魅力に抗いきれず、私はその店に入ることにした。
私が訳ありのスーツを求めると、店員は私のサイズに合わない不格好なスーツを差し出した。欠陥があったが新品だったので、私はその店員に商品の取り置きを頼んだ。
